In fact, the tool provides much more than that. If the solution has many projects scattered around in many different folders or even drives, please don't worry. All of them will be found and zipped into the single package. Even for those external file links, the Source Pack 'n Go widget will take care of them all well enough. The ZIP file has a good folder structure to keep all those good information.
